Formation balancing game

This exercise is from the game The "Dress Left" Game, but the focus is almost exclusively on positioning within the (line) formation.

Here, only one line lines up, which is moved across the field by a commando. The person in command always stays behind the line and occasionally ticks someone on the back to signal that the person should stop and leave the formation. The rest must then perceive the loss and compensate accordingly. Those who have fallen out then form their own reserve. This can then be used again.
