Parade Game
In the course of the exercise, two opponents position themselves opposite the attacker, who now faces the coordinated attacks.
The attacked is required to,
- to pay attention to several opponents at the same time.
- to keep calm and not to make hectic defensive movements that are too wide.
- not to endanger themselves with the defensive movements.
The attackers are required to,
- to consult with allies and coordinate attacks.
- not to take risks in an outnumbered situation.
These exercises can be varied in difficulty by slowing down the attacks or by allowing the individual attacked to fight back, although this may divert attention from clean parries.
